Licensing Fees
Current fees effective April 29, 2026 per NAC 637B.030 as revised in LCB File R026-25.
| Initial Licensing | Fee | Term |

| Standard License | $250 | Good for one (1) year; renewed annually. |
| Provisional License | $250 | Good for one (1) year; may be renewed up to two (2) times. |
| Temporary License | $200 | Good for six (6) months; may be renewed one (1) time. |
| Limited License | $175 | Good for fifteen (15) days; may not be renewed. |
| SLP Assistant License | $125 | Good for one (1) year; renewed annually. |
| HAS Apprentice License | $125 | Good for one (1) year; may be renewed up to two (2) times. |
| ASLP-IC Privilege to Practice | $100 | Good for one (1) year; renewed annually. |
Military Discount A military discount of ½ off fees is available for Initial Licensing Fees listed above only. Qualifying applicants include active/reserve military, military spouses, veterans, veteran spouses, and Gold Star family members. When completing the application, please check off military affiliation where requested and submit supporting documentation with the application. When paying the licensing fee, you will need to pay the full fee listed above, and we will mail you a refund check for the discount.
