License Reciprocity
Any person seeking to practice in Nevada - OR - treat a person in Nevada must hold a license issued by this Board regardless of the practitioner's state of residence or other licenses held, or patient's state of residence. Some exceptions apply, but please note the following:
- Licenses from other states are not automatically recognized by this Board and do not allow a practitioner to treat a person in Nevada.
- Licenses from other states may not be "transferred" to Nevada.
- Reciprocity is not available for provisional, apprentice, or assistant licenses, or their equivalents.
Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
