Request an Official License Verification

Licensees may request an official license verification for employment, educational, or other purposes for a fee of $25.00 online through our license verification payment page. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for processing. If you have any questions you may contact the Board office at (775) 787-3421.

You may also visit our Look Up a License page, which is considered a primary source for Board licensing data. It is the same information the Board provides through an official license verificatoin, as it pulls real-time data directly from our licensing database.

Please Note: The login system was updated on May 4, 2026 to begin requring a usrname & password. Please see the Licensing Account Username & Password Management Instructions for assistance in creating these. The system will auto-generate your username as first initial & full last name with no special characters, and you will be prompted to create a password.
