Audiology & Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC)
Nevada passed legislation in 2025 through Assembly Bill 230 to join the Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology Interstate Compact (ASLP-IC), which allows eligible licensed audiologists and speech-language pathologists an alternative method for providing services in other member states.
This legislation took effect July 1, 2025, and the ASLP-IC began issuing privileges in late October 2025. Nevada is working to become operational as we establish needed regulations, policies, data exchange processes, and other structures.
The ASLP-IC is only available to applicants who meet criteria for a standard license in speech-language pathology or audiology, and does not include provisional/clinical fellow SLPs or SLP Assistants (SLPAs). To learn more, please visit the ASLP-IC website.
