Renew Your License: Standard, Provisional, and Apprentice

Please note that during the renewal process, you may elect to convert your active license to inactive status and pay a lesser renewal fee if you do not intend to actively practice. Should you later choose to convert back to Active status, please contact the Board office to make the request. All sections of the application are mandatory and must be completed. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. and will be denied. Please visit our Licensing Fees page for specific license fees.

Please note that the renewal period opens 60 days prior to license expiration. You will receive an error message if you attempt to renew earlier.
